Client Service Assistant (12 Month Contract)

Reporting to the Associate Manager, Central Services - Cheques and Output, this role provides operational support to teams across Canada Operations. You’ll work closely with internal business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of documents, reports, and communications in a fast‑paced environment.
This position requires full‑time, in‑office attendance at the RAM Centre in London, Ontario.
What you will do
- Sort, verify, and distribute system‑generated reports to internal business partners
- Prepare physical documents for scanning and digital retention
- Review time‑sensitive client and advisor communications prior to distribution
- Reconcile and distribute system‑generated cheques
- Assemble Life Insurance policy contracts in both paper and digital formats
- Monitor and manage a shared team mailbox
- Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks, as required

Eligibility requirements
- Regular full‑time and part‑time employees must have completed a minimum of one year in their current role, unless otherwise specified in their employment offer
- Temporary or casual employees may apply within one month of the end of their current assignment
- Candidates must be demonstrating acceptable performance at the time of application

The base salary for this position is between $36,900- $49,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
