This is a Temporary Full Time Assignment for 8 Months
We are looking for a Business Process Specialist.
The position is part of the Insurance Process Team and will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all processes and templated material used by Client Service and Claims Insurance Operations. This includes day-to-day process changes and acting as a business resource for projects with process impact. The Business Process Specialist will also serve as a technical resource for more advanced problem resolution.
What you will do

Ensure knowledge of all In-Force Life processes and materials is up to date and accurate.

Stay current with legislation, systems, and products.

Create and maintain clear documentation of processes and other materials used by Client Service Operations and their field partners (advisors and office staff).

Work in partnership with various internal and external areas (e.g., Compliance, Client Service Centre, Financial Administration, Operations, Training & Development Specialists, Associate Managers, Wealth Process & Training, etc.).
What you will bring

Strong technical writing skills.

Knowledge of Insurance products, business processes, and legislative rules pertaining to Insurance is an asset.

Knowledge of Living Benefits is an asset.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Previous experience in In-Force life -focused role, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Previous experience managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Ability to instill quality and efficiency in day-to-day activities and processes.

Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and support change.

The base salary for this position is between $XX,XXX - $XX,XXX annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
