Reporting to the VP, Wealth Dealer Compliance, Wealth Platforms, the Business Manager will play a pivotal role driving a variety of deliverables including business planning, tracking key objectives, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across the team.
In addition, the Business Manager will coordinate and operationalize core business activities such as planning, budgeting, reporting, talent engagement, and initiative delivery.
This role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate ideas into action with precision and pace. With a passion for creating meaningful value, this individual will be a trusted partner in enabling the success of the business and its strategic priorities.
What you will do
- Provide comprehensive support to a variety of stakeholders, including planning and ongoing management of aligned budgets and business priorities.
- Monitor and report on strategic initiatives and business projects, ensuring timely, accurate updates and clear visibility into progress and outcomes.
- Prepare and support leadership meetings, including organizing logistics, developing materials, and facilitating discussions as needed.
- Create and contribute to presentations, reports, and executive decks
- Plan and coordinate team engagement activities, including business townhalls, leadership forums, and cross-functional collaboration events.
- Support the planning and execution of business operations across Wealth Dealer Compliance, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration between teams.
- Develop budget and funding recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business planning cycles.
- Contribute an partner with stakeholders to develop and evolve a variety of annual business plans and multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a connector across Wealth Dealer Compliance, Wealth Platforms and broader Wealth teams.
- Support team culture and engagement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Coordinate and analyze business data, ensuring integrity and resolving issues related to reporting and project tracking.
- Support go-to-market strategies and initiatives of the Dealers, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
What you will bring
- 5+ years in financial services or business management, ideally in Wealth Management
- Strategic thinker with an equally strong tactical ability.
- Able to connect disparate information to create a holistic viewpoint and understanding.
- Ability to ideate and explore a broad base of new areas of opportunity before additional resources are tapped – efficient with limited resources.
- Proven ability to gain consensus and to drive for positive outcomes.
- Track record of delivery and results.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Able to assess and prioritize work, identify key issues and manage multiple projects at any given time through efficiency and attention to detail.
- Inspires a vision that adapts to new realities, articulating meaningful expectations and creating clear pathways to desired outcomes.
- Remains focused, composed, and optimistic – resilient, adaptable and able to anticipate hurdles.
- Education acquired through a university degree or college certification.

The base salary for this position is between $90,400 - $140,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
