Bilingual (Fr/En) Senior Regional Support Coordinator

As a Senior Regional Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting regional leadership through operational coordination, business planning support and the execution of regional strategies. You will collaborate closely with leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations, strong compliance, and the successful delivery of business initiatives across the region.

 

What you will do:

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to regional leaders, including planning, meeting coordination, calendar management and expense tracking
  • Support regional operations through Salesforce/Power BI reporting, budget tracking, business continuity planning and maintaining contact information
  • Assist in executing regional business plans and supporting leadership initiatives
  • Organize and execute regional events, including preparing presentations and communications
  • Support communication planning and execution for the region
  • Ensure branch and office compliance, including regional reporting and various support initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Leadership, Performance & Planning, Head Office) to continuously improve processes and practices

 

What you will bring:

  • Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
  • Experience in operations or sales support within financial services (strong asset)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple levels, including senior leaders
  • Proven ability to adapt, think creatively and work well under pressure
  • General understanding of sales processes and business planning
  • Post‑secondary education preferred (or equivalent experience considered)

 

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Montreal, Regina, Toronto, Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between $45,600 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
