We’re looking for a detail‑oriented content marketing professional to support the development and execution of integrated content plans for our line of business. This role partners closely with the Manager, Content Marketing to support the translation of business priorities, insights, and market trends into well‑structured briefs, content plans, and multi‑channel executions.

You’ll work with internal digital content specialists, social teams, brand partners, product marketing, and subject matter experts to help build cohesive, insight‑led content programs that drive impact. Your strengths should lie in synthesizing information, shaping narrative direction, organizing complex inputs, and helping bring integrated digital and social plans to life.

This is a delivery‑focused role designed to support strategic content planning by coordinating inputs, shaping briefs, and enabling efficient execution across teams. It is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, loves connecting dots across audiences and channels, and thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment.

What you will do:

Narrative Support & Insight Distillation

  • Support narrative development by synthesizing research, insights, SME input, and market trends into content theme recommendations.
  • Build strong, well‑structured creative briefs for digital content specialists, designers and external partners.
  • Help identify compelling angles, audience needs, and proof points in collaboration with the Manager, Content Marketing and content partners.
  • Translate strategic narratives into actionable content briefs and content format recommendations (e.g., infographics, presentations, video etc.) working closely with digital content specialists and designers.

Integrated Digital & Social Planning

  • Working closely with social and paid media partners, support the planning and execution of integrated digital and social content plans for both broad and segmented audiences.
  • Contribute input on content formats, audience moments, and distribution considerations, informed by audience insights and channel guidance.
  • Work with channel owners to align messaging, sequencing, and optimization across social, web, email, paid media, etc.

Content Program Coordination

  • Support theme planning, content calendar management, and ongoing roadmap tracking.
  • Coordinate stakeholder inputs, including Product Marketing, Brand, Legal, SMEs, Research, and Insights teams.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and workflows to help keep content programs moving smoothly.
  • Maintain content inventories and support reuse/modular content strategies.

Research, Trends & Insights

  • Monitor external trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity to identify timely content opportunities relevant to our audiences and business priorities.
  • Pull forward relevant insights from research, data summaries, and market signals to support insight‑driven content initiatives.
  • Summarize findings into concise, actionable insights for the Manager and content partners.

Team Collaboration & Process Support

  • Contribute to shared templates, processes, and standards across the content marketing team.
  • Participate in planning sessions, editorial reviews, and cross‑functional meetings.
  • Help reinforce consistent governance, quality, and alignment across lines of business.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, communications, or an equivalent marketing field. This role does not require hands on ownership of paid media, SEO, or advertising platforms.
  • Experience building or supporting integrated digital + social marketing plans with a solid understanding of digital content distribution channels and familiarity with how content is adapted across platforms.
  • Strong ability to distill complex inputs into clear insights and structured creative briefs.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support content workflows and team processes – while applying sound judgment and working collaboratively with partners.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative, digital, and insights partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Curious, adaptable, and proactive in a fastmoving environment.
  • Experience in financial services, group life and health, insurance or wealth management industries would be an asset.
