Insurance Compensation Administrator (Student Position)

This is a student position that is 4 months in duration for the term May – August. You must be a student registered in a Canadian College or University.
This position is for students returning to school after their work term or requiring a placement as requirements for graduation. While not required, preference will be given to students enrolled in a registered Co-op program.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Monitor and reconcile compensation, including posting commissions onto the back office system (WealthServ)
- Enter MGA commissions in required databases
- Assist with Debt Module entries and notices
- Back up and vacation coverage on an as needed basis
- Perform any other duties as assigned

What qualifications are required?
- Currently a student at a post-secondary institution (college or university) - Finance or other related fields of study
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

What should your experience look like?
- Experience in the insurance/financial services industry an asset
- Experience in customer service an asset
- Experience with SAP an asset

- This is an insurance and finance related team - not HR
- This is not a Contact/Call Centre role
- The role is expected to start May 11th, 2026.

The base salary for this position is between $41,100 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
