Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be performed remotely from anywhere across Canada.
We are looking for a Bilingual Financial Services Representative.
This is a client-facing role designed for experienced insurance professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you’ll work virtually with clients across Canada, providing expert guidance on insurance and segregated fund solutions. You’ll use your relationship-building and sales skills to uncover opportunities, deliver personalized advice, and drive meaningful results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ability to uncover client needs, identify opportunities, and confidently present solutions that align with client goals
- Investigating and resolving client concerns by collaborating with internal partners and conducting research as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and ensuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Prepare documentation, complete client applications, process changes and review renewals
What You Bring to the Role
- Valid life insurance license (LLQP) with experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance and segregated fund products, financial planning concepts, and the regulatory environment
- Ability to uncover client needs, identify opportunities, and apply sales skills to support client goals and drive results
- Experience working with third-party insurance carriers is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful in a dynamic environment
- Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing competing priorities
- A Criminal Record and Credit background check is mandatory as a condition of employment

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs

The base salary for this position is between $59,800 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
