We’re looking for an Advanced Case Consultant to deliver product expertise, advanced sales strategies, and industry insights. Our product shelf is robust, dependable and effective and we’re looking to you to showcase to advisors the power behind our solutions.
What you will do
- Support advisors, wholesalers, and high‑net‑worth clients with sophisticated life insurance planning
- Drive new business by providing insight into life insurance opportunities and product design with business owners, professionals and affluent clients through working with top advisors across a variety of channels
- Model complex strategies involving permanent life insurance, corporate planning, estate & retirement solutions, and business‑owner scenarios
- Provide technical case analysis and create high‑quality advisor and client materials
- Simplify complex recommendations and concepts to a variety of audiences
What you will bring
- 7+ years of experience in financial/insurance services industry, ideally in large and complex life insurance product design
- Strong expertise in Par and UL product mechanics
- Strong knowledge of CDA planning, estate freezes, buy‑sell structures, leveraging strategies, and charitable giving
- Strong leadership, sales and relationship-building skills
- Superior knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, the financial services industry and the marketplace
- Proficiency with insurer illustration software is an asset
- Advanced understanding of tax principles related to life insurance solutions
- Hold valid financial services designations, such as CFP or CLU
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Post-secondary education, preferably in finance, accounting or taxation; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned region using your own means of transportation

The base salary for this position is between $134,130 - $184,130 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
